The redesign of Locaweb’s two-factor authentication (2FA) system stemmed from the need to improve the user experience when enabling and using 2FA. The previous flow had usability issues that hindered adoption, making it less likely for customers to activate this additional layer of security.

In this project, I mapped the user activation journey and conducted a usability analysis of a potential commercial partner’s platform. The objective was to assess whether this platform could be integrated into our company’s ecosystem and resold as an additional email security solution for our customers.

KingHost, a Brazilian web hosting company, had recently undergone a visual identity redesign, leading to a complete revamp of its website. With inclusion and diversity as key pillars of its culture, I identified this moment of design transformation as an opportunity to evaluate the accessibility of the web hosting purchase flow on KingHost’s website.
