At Locaweb, I worked on UX and Product Design initiatives across SaaS products, focusing on improving user flows, security adoption, onboarding experiences, and product usability. I created wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, UX writing improvements, and interface solutions using Figma and Locaweb’s Design System, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Security teams to deliver feasible and user-centred digital experiences.
At KingHost, I worked closely with Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the customer journey across SaaS products. My role involved analysing customer feedback, monitoring onboarding performance, identifying pain points, supporting product improvements, and helping create a more customer-centred culture through internal training, alignment sessions, and continuous experience optimisation.
At Hostinger, I provided bilingual customer support in Portuguese and English, helping users solve hosting, domain, website, and platform-related issues through chat and email. This experience strengthened my understanding of customer behaviour, technical problem-solving, service design, and the impact of clear communication on user satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
