At Altitude Apps I designed the full mobile experience for Calory, an AI-powered nutrition app, from the first user flow to development-ready screens. I built the visual system, defined reusable components and applied iOS Human Interface Guidelines to make fast, grounded decisions within a tight MVP timeline. The app launched with a 5-star App Store rating and 80% onboarding completion in the first month.
At Locaweb I led the redesign of the two-factor authentication activation flow, which contributed to 340k+ new activations and a 90% reduction in stolen accounts. Beyond that project, I designed end-to-end SaaS experiences combining research analysis, user flows, wireframes and hi-fi Figma prototypes across multiple products. I worked closely with Product Managers, Engineers and QA within Agile squads and used UX Writing and customer feedback analysis to improve onboarding and activation communications.
At KingHost I analysed customer data across a SaaS ecosystem to surface usability issues, behavioural patterns and onboarding friction points. I translated those insights into product and communication improvements, working alongside Product Owners and Marketing teams. I also created training materials and ran internal sessions to build UX awareness across the company, and contributed to measurable NPS improvements during my time there.
At Hostinger I provided bilingual support in Portuguese and English across chat and email, helping customers navigate websites, hosting, CMS platforms, domains and e-commerce environments. It was there that I developed a genuine understanding of where users struggle, and that experience shaped the way I approach design problems today.
I’m a curious soul who’s wandered from IT to fashion, and found in Product design the perfect way to blend my love for tech and design. For me, it’s all about creating meaningful, intuitive experiences that connect people and products.
